Journey of Girlhood University
is a "Grow"gram of girl circles that supports girls and Growing Guardians. The Period School is one circle that focuses on the coming-of-age, menstrual cycle literacy and normalization of the growth and development of girls.

The Period Empowerment GROWgram workbook extends a warm invitation to girls, embracing and validating their journey "to and in" their bodies. By fostering open discussions about the natural growth and development of girls, it works to destigmatize topics surrounding menstruation and puberty.
This workbook acts as a proactive tool for promoting health and well-being, equipping girls with essential knowledge to nurture themselves. Designed to be a supportive companion, the GROWgram offers guidance and encouragement for Growing Guardians – moms, dads, grandparents, mentors and caregivers – whether in group settings or one-on-one interactions.
Empowered with this resource, Growing Guardians can creatively facilitate their own meaningful conversations about menstrual cycles and puberty using the Growgram as a supplemental learning tool.
Tailored to suit the developmental needs of girls aged 9 to 14, the Period Empowerment GROWgram addresses various topics from physical changes to emotional well-being. Through education and empowerment, it strives to build confidence and resilience in girls as they navigate the transformative journey of adolescence.
